Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During peak seasons or high-volume periods, order processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

We ship all across the United States, offering a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

Shipping Locations,
PolyPaper Industries, Inc. currently ships to all U.S. states and territories. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. For commercial or bulk delivery requests, please contact us directly.
Freight & Bulk Orders
For large or palletized orders, we offer freight shipping through our network of trusted logistics partners. Freight shipping requires a loading dock or forklift for delivery. If your location does not have these facilities, please contact our team before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can track your order using the carrier's website or by contacting our customer service team.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
