Return & Refund Policy

At PolyPaper Industries, Inc., we strive to ensure our customers receive high-quality packaging supplies that meet their expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most unused, unopened, and undamaged packaging products within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in its original packaging. The item must be unused and in resalable condition. You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice). Note: Custom-printed, special-order, or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any photos (if applicable). Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange for pickup at our cost. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order separately.
Restocking Fee
Large or bulk returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover handling and inventory costs. This will be communicated at the time your return is authorized.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom-printed or branded packaging Special orders Clearance or final sale items Opened items or items not in original condition
