Is this full bleed printing?

No this in not full bleed printing. The printing area is set with 0.5" margin from each side of the mailer. A flap and side seals are not printable.

What file formats do you accept?

We currently accept JPG, PNG, SVG, GIF file formats to be uploaded with Designer Product Tool. You can also send us any file format by email and we will convert it for you an no cost.

Can I request a change after I upload my artwork?

Review your artwork carefully before uploading. You can call us within 3-6 hours after you uploaded your artwork to request to change your artwork.

I accidentally ordered wrong size and I didn't receive my order.

Call us immediately as soon as you noticed it to stop printing process and change or cancel your order.
